A Victorian manor where rooms shift and puzzles hide in plain sight
8 music sheets with identical notes but different lyrics. Bold words solved (layer 1). The notes themselves are a complex variation of Her Ladyship's theme that never plays in-game. What cipher hides in the notation?
A cryptic question that surfaces throughout the manor. Whether it's a hint, a red herring, or the key to everything remains an open mystery.
Pointing hands throughout the manor serve as hints: one in the bedroom points to Baron Bafflers, one in the office to the hidden safe, others in the chamber of mirrors point up. But the two hands in the foyer, facing each other across the exit door? Nobody knows what they're pointing to.
Animated grid panels with a pattern that isn't a perfect loop. It runs through what appears to be a sentence, pauses, then repeats. Many believe this is encoded information, possibly a binary or Braille-like message.
Two votive candle stands in the tombs with different lit/unlit patterns. The grid matches the Boiler Room panel dimensions. Could these be the same encoded message viewed from a different angle, or a key to decode it?
Every keyboard in the manor is missing the I key: Security, Office, Blackbridge Grotto, Shelter, and Laboratory. The keyboard is a 3D-constructed model, not a texture. An I key texture exists in the files but was deliberately omitted.
After finding and using 3 microchips in the Blackbridge Grotto, a cutscene shows three words: Castle, Court, Cloak. Datamining the demo revealed these were scrapped mechanics: three programs that each opened part of a door to the Orindian Ruins. The system was cut but the cutscene was kept.
When drafted on the 8th rank, the car contains a blue memo: "The license plate on this car is an acronym." The plate reads SWNSNG. South-West-North-South-North-Garage? Nobody has cracked what the acronym actually stands for.
Letters concealed in architecture across the estate: N in the Mechanium ceiling, E in the Planetarium projector, T in the Solarium glass panes, and more. Directly inspired by Christopher Manson's Maze. Is there a hidden phrase written across the manor?
Multiple documents contain duplicated lines of text from different authors: Mary, Herbert, and Redford Ewling. Entire complex sentences repeated with single-word substitutions. Too deliberate to be accidental.
The room icon clearly shows a hidden space behind the bookshelves. Crown molding traces the compartment's outline. Books on the table match a Morajai puzzle box layout. But no one has found the trigger to open it.
Room Directory top-down views contain painting pairs from the Picture Puzzle. Each pair maps a room to a grid position. The hypothesis: place rooms on the Picture Puzzle grid to reveal a drafting pattern or hidden message.
Confirmed upcoming content: both the arcade and home console versions of Dirigiblocks are coming in a future update. A blank journal page and a crossed-out fuse box label already hint at their arrival.
Know of an unsolved mystery? Add it to the board.
Details that look significant but may exist purely for atmosphere, lore callbacks to Maze, or misdirection.
Hats are everywhere: the Cooch, Salarium, Maid's Chamber, Master Bedroom, East Wing Hall. Multiple rooms share the same hat style. In Maze, a hat + letter is critical. But after 1000+ hours of community analysis, no puzzle has emerged.
Five interactive, fully animated globes across the estate (Observatory x2, Study, Drafting Studio, Dormitory, Trophy Room). They spin when clicked. But why animate these and nothing else? Maybe just lore, maybe a Maze callback. A globe is also important in Maze.
Swans appear as imagery, carvings, sculptures, and origami throughout the manor. The Red Prince manuscript says the swan represents Morajai. Likely thematic (swan song = Mary's legacy) rather than puzzle-relevant.
